The Service Provider offers online, AI-based automation, workflow, document processing, and notification services, as well as related digital products, primarily for businesses and private individuals, in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Users can register, purchase subscriptions, and use other digital services on the website.

3. Formation of the Contract

• Use of the Service requires registration and/or purchase.
• The contract is concluded when registration or subscription or digital product purchase is completed.
• By accepting these Terms of Service, the User acknowledges and accepts their content.

4. Terms of Use

• Users may only use the Service lawfully, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Abuse, unauthorized or illegal use of the Service is strictly prohibited.
